BEGINNER CAMP

SAT MAY 11, 2019

This training camp will be a fun space where you’ll make lifelong memories, with like-minded friends and kick-start a healthy lifestyle.

You’ll have the opportunity to connect with a tribe of amazing women with similar goals and interests as you providing the support and encouragement you’ve been missing.  

Itinerary: 

  • Meet up at the camp location

  • Start your day with fresh fruit smoothies and soulful conversations so that we can get to know one another.

  • You’ll move on to group sessions where you’ll learn how to:

    • Build confidence with a barbell - with MICHELLE CASOLINO

    • Activate muscles properly - with ANGE HAUCK

    • Meal prep like a pro- with KARRI ANNE CAMERON 

    • Workout effectively anywhere - with VANESSA SCHEFTER

    • Always get the most out of your workouts

    We’ll work together to make easy, healthy meals & team up for a friendly competition and crush your goals!

You’ll have the opportunity to take your lifting to the next level and you’ll have a tribe of like-minded women around you – people who will support and empower you to keep progressing even after camp is over.

If you are ready to put an end to ineffective workouts, if you are tired of being thiiiiis far away from your goals and not being able to reach them, listen up. These workshops are going to empower you to push through your biggest struggle in training or nutrition

  • Meet up at the camp location at 9 am each morning

  • Start your day with fresh fruit smoothies and soulful conversations

  • You’ll move on to group sessions where you’ll learn how to:

    • Make High Protein Snacks (That Actually Taste Good)  

    • Choose Supplements To Support Your Goals (Plus Useless Money-Wasters, Revealed)  

    • Optimize Your Nutrition To Maximize Fat Loss & Muscle Gain 

    • Incorporate Kundalini Yoga

  • Lunch Break
