Strength & Stretch
Tone and work your entire body and stretch out those muscles that worked so hard. All in one workout.
For the first portion of the class, we will use a variety of equipment to strengthen and tone up the entire body, with a special section on just the core. The last half of class we will concentrate on gentle yoga moves to stretch it all out.

It's time to stretch and relax in our morning or evening class.
Flow through a series of yoga poses that will stretch, strengthen, and leave your body feeling relaxed and calm.
Tone, strengthen, improve balance, and burn a lot of calories.
This is an amazing class that is going to take you through a variety of moves using the TRX suspension trainer as well as a variety of other equipment. The suspension system uses your own body weight so it allows you to choose your own intensity! A super fun total body experience!
This is a super fun class that will change up week to week so you will never get bored. We will use a variety of exercises and equipment in a format that will for sure make you sweat and build muscle at the same time. We will be combining simple moves but in a format that allows you to make it as challenging as you want. Lots of fun with this session!
