Core, Butt & Stretch

Mondays
8:00 pm

Fridays
6:15 am

Strengthen your whole core and build your booty.

Use weights, bands and gliders to engage and activate your core. This class will help relieve lower back pain, produce a strong core centre, and work to deflate that stubborn spare tire belly.

We’ll end our session with a relaxing stretch.

BodyShred

Tuesdays

Train hard. Train Smart. GET SHREDDED using Jillian Michaels' BodyShred workout. Spend 30 minutes in high-intensity, endurance based full-body workout with a simple and effective 3-2-1 approach.

3 minutes of strength

2 minutes of cardio

1 minute of abs

Strength & Stretch

Tuesdays
9:30 am

Tone and work your entire body and stretch out those muscles that worked so hard. All in one workout.

For the first portion of the class, we will use a variety of equipment to strengthen and tone up the entire body, with a special section on just the core. The last half of class we will concentrate on gentle yoga moves to stretch it all out.

It's time to stretch and relax in our morning or evening class.

Flow through a series of yoga poses that will stretch, strengthen, and leave your body feeling relaxed and calm.

TRX Strength

Wednesdays
7:00 pm

Tone, strengthen, improve balance, and burn a lot of calories.

This is an amazing class that is going to take you through a variety of moves using the TRX suspension trainer as well as a variety of other equipment. The suspension system uses your own body weight so it allows you to choose your own intensity!

A super fun total body experience!

HIIT

You’ll feel fierce and strong with this fun class.

Easy-to-follow cardio moves combined with some strength exercises that are gonna make you sweat and build muscle at the same time.

You’ll have complete control to challenge yourself and build intensity in this workout.

We’ll end our session with a relaxing stretch.
